2002 Copeland Creek Vineyards Pinot Noir

  • 100% Estate grown grapes.
  • All Joseph Swan and Dijon clones 114, 115, 777, 828.
  • Harvested 9 tons Pinot Noir from 3-½ acres of vines.
  • Fermented in small open top fermenters, cold soaked for three days, punched down up to four times daily, and then gently pressed into barrels after three weeks.
  • Complete malolactic fermentation.
  • Aged 19 months in 100% French oak (25% new).
  • Alcohol 13.5%.
  • Bottled 457 cases in May 2004.
