2004 Copeland Creek Vineyards Pinot Noir
- 100% Estate grown grapes.
- All Joseph Swan and Dijon clones 114, 115, 777, 828.
- Harvested 12 tons Pinot Noir from 6 acres of vines.
- Fermented in small open top fermenters, cold soaked for three days,
punched down up to four times daily, and then gently pressed into barrels
after three weeks.
- Complete malolactic fermentation.
- Aged 19 months in 100% French oak (25% new).
- Alcohol 13.5%.
- Bottled 586 cases in May 2006.
